Do I have to be a MoPo business to submit an event?
No. MoPo Event Listings are available to local organizations, groups, event organizers, nonprofits, businesses, and other eligible event hosts -- even if you don't have a MoPo business subscription.
How much does an event listing cost?
$25 per event.
What information will I need?
Be ready to provide your event name, date, start/end time, location, description, event image or graphic, organizer information, and a website, ticket, registration, or information link if applicable.
Can I submit a free event?
Absolutely. The $25 is the fee to list the event on MoPo; your event itself does not have to charge admission.
Can nonprofits and community organizations submit events?
Yes. MoPo Events is designed to help local organizations connect with the communities they serve.
Does every submitted event automatically get published?
All event submissions are subject to MoPo review and approval to help keep the calendar relevant, accurate, and useful for our community.
Is the $25 fee refundable?
Event listing fees are non-refundable once an event has been reviewed and approved for publication. Events that do not meet MoPo's listing guidelines should be handled according to the submission/refund policy presented at checkout.
