Grace Gill serves the Startup Junkie Foundation as Operational Manager of the Fuel Accelerator program and consultant. Grace joined the team in January 2022 as a Uof AVenture Intern, where she was tasked with the planning and execution of Startup Crawl 2022. As of May 2023, Grace is a University of Arkansas alumnus and has a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Strategy, Entrepreneurship, and Venture Innovation from the Walton College of Business. She graduated from the Honors College and has received an award for Outstanding Graduate from the Walton Entrepreneurship and Innovation department. Originally from Wichita, KS, Grace has previous experience in non-profit and marketing from working at Mary R. Koch Arts Center, as well as other not-for-profit organizations throughout her college career. Additionally, Grace is a championed competitive powerlifter, being a 2x world record holder (IPL), Arkansas' 2022 Best Female Powerlifter, 7x state record holder (USPA), and 2023 American Pro competitor.
